This oryx painting is overall vibrant but well-grounded with deep greys, black, and creams. She has some champagne gold in her antlers (crown). Oriana has an edgy, modern yet organic feel that would work well in any space in need of color, texture or interest.
Like all of the other animals and subjects of my art, this original painting was created using layer upon layer of paint to create interesting colors and textures throughout. Painted on a dark, pure, cheerful cerise pink (with a rose-pink undertone) background (PPG California Wine is a very close match), this queen lends a pop to any space.
This Queen is an original painting on stretched canvas measuring 36 x 48 inches. It arrives ready to hang and installed in a custom-made wooden floating frame in a matte black finish. Frame is included. All together with the frame, this piece measures 38x50 inches.
